Personuppgiftsansvarig

EMG Energimontagegruppen AB, org.nr 556951-8144, (nedan ”EMG”) är personuppgiftsansvariga för de uppgifter som du lämnar till oss på emgab.se eller direkt till oss på något annat sätt, tex. genom e-mail eller post.

Ändamål

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter för att kunna ingå eller hantera ditt avtal omköp och leverans av solceller. Om du inte tillhandahåller oss dessa uppgifter så kan vi inte hantera din förfrågan eller ditt köp av solceller.

Uppgifterna behandlas i alla delar av processen, tex. för att svara på frågor, göra en projektering, för att ta fram en order, göra en beställning, leverera och fakturera för tjänsten/produkten, för att hantera reklamationer och garantier samt för bokföringsändamål.

Vi behandlar också dina uppgifter för att erbjuda och genomföra utbildningar och events samt för nyhetsbrev och marknadsföring. I annat fall kan vi inte leverera de efterfrågade tjänsterna. Om du inte vill att personuppgifter används för nyhetsbrev eller marknadsföring så kan du anmäla detta till oss.

Rättslig grund för vår behandling av personuppgifter

Den rättsliga grunden för vår behandling är avtal, legal skyldighet eller intresseavvägning.

Vårt berättigade intresse av att behandla dina uppgifter för att tex, erbjuda och genomföra utbildningar och events samt för nyhetsbrev och marknadsföring är att ge dig en bra kundupplevelse.

De personuppgifter som vi behandlar om dig är: Namn, efternamn, personnummer, adress, mailadress, telefonnummer eller andra liknande uppgifter som du har lämnat direkt till oss för att kunna erhålla rätt produkter till rätt leveransadress.

Mottagare eller kategorier av mottagare

Samarbetspartners: Personuppgifterna kan även komma att lämnas ut till andra samarbetspartners så som tex men inte uteslutande leverantörer, lagerhållare och transportörer. Det kan vara för att vi har ett samarbete som kräver att vi delger vissa uppgifter till våra samarbetspartner och det kan vara för att utföra de uppgifter som berörd person har begärt.
Personuppgiftsbiträden och underbiträden. Personuppgifterna kan komma att lämnas ut till våra personuppgiftsbiträden och deras ev underbiträden, om så är fallet, har vi säkerställt att överföringen är säker och att den uppfyller alla legala krav.

Behandling av personuppgifter i tredje land

Personuppgifter lämnas inte till bolag i länder utanför EU eller EES området.

Om personuppgifter behandlas i ett land utanför EU/EES området så har vi, för att säkerställa en säker hantering, vidtagit lämpliga skyddsåtgärder. Säkerhet

Vi vidtar alltid de tekniska och organisatoriska åtgärder som är möjliga för att skydda de personuppgifter som behandlas. Vårt syfte med detta är att se till att uppgifterna inte förloras, förstörs, manipuleras eller blir tillgängliga för obehöriga. Vi strävar mot att åstadkomma en säkerhetsnivå som är tillräckligt hög med hänsyn till de tekniska möjligheter som finns.

Gallring

Personuppgifter lämnas till oss i olika delar av processen och gallras på följande sätt:

Offerter – Offerter som inte leder till någon order gallras när offerttiden gått ut.
Order, orderunderlag kundfakturor, leverantörsfakturor sparas i högst 8 år enligt bokföringslagens regler.
Reklamationer/garantier – successivt, men sparas som längst till garantitiden har gått ut.
Kundsystem, statuslistor– successivt, men som längst 12 månader efter materialet är levererat till slutkund.
För- och färdig anmälan samt egenkontroll – sparas i 12 månader.

När det gäller utbildningar och events så sparar vi dina personuppgifter fram till dess att utbildningen/eventet är avslutat. Därefter raderar vi uppgifterna.

Uppgifter som vi behandlar för att nyhetsbrev och marknadsföring (e-mailadress) raderas direkt efter avregistrering.

Övriga eventuella personuppgifter som du lämnar till oss gallras löpande när det inte längre finns något syfte och ändamål med behandlingen.

Samtycke

Om ni tidigare har lämnat ett samtycke kan ni på ett enkelt sätt återkalla detta. Vi kommer då inte att behandla ytterligare personuppgifter eller att uppdatera tidigare lämnade uppgifter om personen om samtycke är en förutsättning för behandling av personuppgifterna.

Rätt att få information (Registerutdrag) m.m.

Du har rätt att få information om hur dina personuppgifter hanteras (registerutdrag).

Du har också rätt att begära rättelse eller radering av förekommande personuppgifter. Likaså kan du begära begränsning av vår behandling av dina personuppgifter. Du har även rätt att invända mot vår behandling av förekommande personuppgifter. Om du själv har levererat vissa personuppgifter såsom att du exempelvis har producerat eller förbrukat en viss mängd energi och på så sätt givit upphov till någon form av förbrukningsmönster eller liknande har du rätt till dataportabilitet.

De personuppgifter som vi behandlar om dig är: kund- och anläggningsuppgifter så som till exempel namn, efternamn, personnummer, adress, mailadress, telefonnummer, fastighetsbeteckning, bild på fastigheten eller andra liknande uppgifter som du har lämnat till vår återförsäljare eller direkt till oss för att kunna erhålla rätt produkter till rätt leveransadress.

Personuppgifterna kommer från en av våra återförsäljare, dvs. det företag som du har köpt produkterna av.

Personuppgifterna kan även komma att lämnas ut till andra samarbetspartners. Det kan vara för att vi har ett samarbete som kräver att vi delger vissa uppgifter till våra samarbetspartner och det kan vara för att utföra de uppgifter som berörd person har begärt.

How long will we keep the data?

Personal information is provided to us in various parts of the process and is thinned as follows:

Quotations – Quotations that do not lead to any order are thinned when the quotation period has expired.
Orders, order documents, customer invoices, supplier invoices are stored for a maximum of 8 years in accordance with the rules of the Accounting Act.
Complaints / guarantees – successively, but saved as long as the warranty period has expired.
Customer system, status lists – successively, but no later than 12 months after the material has been delivered to the end customer.
